When will my order be processed?
Following your order validation, your order will be processed within 24 hours. During holiday closures, orders will be processed the next business day.
How can I track my order?
Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. Actual delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and are subject to circumstances beyond our control, including delays by carrier, supply chain issues, weather, and other factors.
What is a Pre-Order and how does it work?
A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. An estimated release date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page though pre-order dates may be subject to change. Once the item is shipped, tracking information is sent via email.
Can I update my billing address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to update billing addresses once an order has been placed. Please ensure your billing information is correct at checkout before completing your purchase.
Can I modify my shipping address?
If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note, that while we will try our best to accommodate the request, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify your order once it has been placed. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped. Please note, shipping and delivery information for orders purchased through certain third-party platforms may not be modified once the order has been submitted.
Can I ship to different addresses in the same order?
Unfortunately, at this time we can only ship to one address per order.
Do you ship internationally? If so, which countries do you ship to?
Yes, we ship internationally. Please use the country selector to see which countries we ship to. Our website also serves different regions, such as Europe, Africa, the Asia-Pacific region, the United States, Canada, Mexico, and South and Central America. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, hotels or APO/FPO addresses.
